Billing for Services:

InfraMation Networks believes in delivering quality service for a great price.  We bill our customers $120.00 per hour in 30 minute increments with a 1/2 hour minimum charge for on-site service.   We do not bill for travel time but we do limit the delivery of our services to the area between Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts.  We do not provide monthly service contracts but we can usually provide a maximum 4 hour response time, to all our regular customers, free of charge.

For all our customers, we work hard to create a flexible invoice in the Microsoft Excel format so it can be easily emailed for review to the person responsible for signing off on the invoice.  The invoice itself is a very detailed document that shows exactly what work was performed, on what date and how long each individual task took to complete.  A separate listing, at the bottom of the invoice, shows any supplies, software and/or hardware that was purchased during the billing period.

Invoices can contain all of the previous 12 invoices as a record keeping convenience and allows for the ability to track a projects status over time.  Electronic invoices are used 100% of the time but hard copy invoices can be snail-mailed or faxed upon client request. 

A 10% client referral discount may be applied to consulting fees after successful referrals.
